Our experience shows that every industry has different needs, just as every organization has specific requirements to suit its particular areas of business. Our policy is to complement and support your business with training programs tailored and customized to suit your organization's specific needs.
The Phoenix approach can be described in three phases:
Identification of Needs
Presentation of Training
Post Training Debriefing and Report
IDENTIFICATION OF NEEDS
By carefully conducting preliminary research on your organization, we will be able to ensure that training programs are designed to fully meet your objectives, effectively deal with current issues and address any special areas of sensitivity that face your organization.
Where possible we will conduct a comprehensive analysis of your needs. This usually involves meetings and discussions with management, and often includes individual meetings with staff members to enable a balanced perspective of the overall needs of your organization.
Where appropriate, this phase may also include structured, individual skill audits and performance appraisals. Supporting material such as annual reports, corporate plans, staff newsletters and other publicity material can also assist in this familiarization process.
PRESENTATION OF TRAINING
The purpose of training is to ensure that knowledge and skills are transferred and utilized in the workplace. Accordingly, the nature of our training programs encourages the translation and use of formulas, principles and techniques into small group work, role-plays and practical exercises. By upholding the principles of accelerated learning, neuro-linguistic programming and experiential learning, training is aimed at maximizing the benefits to participants.
POST-COURSE DEBRIEF AND REPORT
At a de-briefing meeting, Phoenix will supply you with written and verbal reports, feedback on the training session(s), suggestions and development of an action plan to overcome any problems or provide continuation of the training program.
